The Sorting Hat from Harry Potter.
It's funny to me that the grown men are the ones that ask for the super hero cakes!
A Barbie cake for a little girl turning 4.
There's a 19 year old girl I know who asked me to make her a TMNT cake for her birthday and this is what I came up with. I'm pretty sure she liked it - lots of smiles and squeals.
My little sister's wedding cake. I covered it in fondant and then made Gerber daisies out of gum paste. This was fun to make.
I made this one for the dinner after our baby's blessing. That brown blob on the back corner is supposed to be a monkey - I failed. Let's just say that I'm not so good at molding characters! Maybe I'll just have to practice some more.
Learning how to make bows out of fondant.

I saw this one in a book and just thought it looked fun. (And yummy)
My first stacked cake.
I was learning how to make the basket weave pattern as well as flowers in my classes and this is what I came up with as a final cake. (The flowers are poinsettias, in case you couldn't tell. LOL)

My snowflake cake! I added shimmer dust to the snowflakes to make them sparkle.
These are a couple sheet cakes that I made for a cub scout shin-dig.

This is one of the first cakes I made. I have to admit that I made this on an 'off' day. I was expecting baby number 4 and he was giving me a HARD TIME!
