Busy Saturday

This cake is a marbled chocolate and yellow cake with a stabalized whipped frosting. The golf bag, clubs and flag are made out of gum paste and the putting green is made out of fondant.



This cake is for Alondra and Emily's birthday party. One loves pink and the other loves blue and this is what they came up with. The flowers are made with blue fondant and have a soft pink candy pearl in the center. The top tier is a yellow cake with strawberry filling, strawberry frosting and strawberry fondant and the bottom is chocolate cake with the same strawberry everything! (I think they like strawberries?)
