Cub Scout Blue & Gold cake #1. The scarf is made from fondant. The rest is chocolate cake with raspberry filling covered in buttercream frosting.




Cub Scout Blue & Gold cake #2. The invitations were mock pocket knives, so they wanted one of the cakes to imitate them. This cake was a basic yellow cake with chocolate filling and covered in buttercream. The knife is made from fondant.



I made this simple cake to see if it would survive being tossed around by the postal service and it did! It's a chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream and covered with chocolate marshmallow fondant. The flowers, leaves and bee are made from gum paste.



This is a 10 inch round chocolate cake with orange flavored buttercream frosting. The client wanted the Toy Story theme for her little boy, who was turning 3. He loved it.



My first 'pillow' cake! I just made this one for fun (and to to see if I could do it).
