A Mario cake! This one is for my nephew's birthday on Friday. I'm going to wrap and package it tenderly and then ship it to Utah! Its a rainbow chip cake with a butter cream frosting and then covered in marshmallow fondant. My only regret? I took pictures of it before I dusted the cornstarch off! (You need cornstarch when rolling out the fondant or you have a SUPER sticky mess.)
