The client called and wanted something special for her husband's birthday. He loves the Cowboys and so that's what we decided to do for him. The bottom layer is a vanilla cake with a pineapple filling and then covered with marshmallow fondant. The top is chocolate cake with raspberry filling and covered with a raspberry flavored marshmallow fondant. I think it was a success!
